- Fixed minor cosmetic bug with the chapters' row divider lines.

- Changed the text colour of the chapter topics to black, which should be easier to read.
- Changed the chapters' row selection algorithm, so as to keep the last row divider line out of view when deselecting a row that is below the previous selection and isn't visible.
